Five in double figures as Golden Rams top Ridgewater
The Anoka-Ramsey Men's Basketball team had five players score in double figures as they beat Ridgewater 90-89 on Saturday afternoon. With the win, the Golden Rams enter a tie for second with Ridgewater in the MCAC Southern Division standings at 4-3. Anoka-Ramsey led by eight, 45-37 at halftime before the Warriors started to take control. Women's Basketball pulls away to beat Ridgewater
The Anoka-Ramsey Women's Basketball team was locked in a tight battle with Ridgewater on Saturday afternoon before the Golden Rams used a big fourth quarter to pull away for the win, 69-52. It was the fourth straight win for the Golden Rams to improve their MCAC Southern Division record to 5-1. The Anoka-Ramsey Women's Basketball team held off a motivated St. Cloud Tech squad to win 75-69 on Wednesday evening. The Cyclones shot 13-30 from the three-point line to hang around, and off-set 13 more field goal attempts by Anoka-Ramsey. Golden Rams fall to Ridgewater, beat MN West
The Anoka-Ramsey Men's Basketball season went 1-1 to open MCAC Southern Division play - falling to Ridgewater 97-84 before defeating MN West 75-58. Against Ridgewater, the Golden Rams and Warriors played a mostly even game with both teams shooting 43 percent from the field, and each making nine threes. Men's Basketball off to 3-0 start
The Anoka-Ramsey Men's Basketball team is off to a 3-0 start to begin the 2025-26 season, with all wins coming against MCAC Northern Division teams. The Golden Rams tipped-off the season with an 85-64 win over MN North Itasca behind a balanced effort. Women's Basketball Starts Season 2-1
The Anoka-Ramsey Women's Basketball team started the 2025-26 season 2-1 against NJCAA DII competition. The Golden Rams opened the season with a 65-51 victory over Bryant and Stratton (WI) College thanks to 23 forced turnovers. Strang, Vlasyuk Earn Volleyball Honors
The Anoka-Ramsey Volleyball team had two players earn MCAC honors for their performance during the 2025 season. NJCAA All-Region 13 Teams Announced
The Anoka-Ramsey Men's and Women's Soccer teams each placed two players on the NJCAA All-Region XIII teams for their performances during the 2025 season. For the men, Anthony Arroyo Nunez and Isaiah Brown each earned the honor. On the women's side, Grace Stevenson and Gigi Nyembwe were recognized. Clay Target Wraps Up Strong Season at MCAC Championships
The Anoka-Ramsey Clay Target team concluded an impressive fall season at the MCAC Clay Target Championships held in Alexandria, Minnesota, on October 21, 2025. Competitors faced cold, blustery conditions, with temperatures barely reaching 40 degrees and wind gusts up to 40 mph challenging every shooter's focus and control. Anoka-Ramsey Community College had two players earn All-MCAC recognition by the league for their play during the 2025 season. Anoka-Ramsey Community College had three women's soccer players named to the All-MCAC team, as announced by the league. Grace Stevenson , Gigi Nyembwe , and Adrianna Pederson all were recognized by the league's coaches for their play during the 2025 MCAC season. Anoka-Ramsey to Host NJCAA Region Volleyball Tournaments
Anoka-Ramsey Community College is once again proud to host the 2025 NJCAA Region XIIIA and XIIIB Volleyball Tournaments October 31 - November 1. All games will take place in the Performance Gym on the Coon Rapids, MN campus of Anoka-Ramsey. Directions and Maps. Admission is $10 Adults, $7 Students, $7 Age 65+, age 5 and under are free.
