Four Golden Rams Earn MCAC Honors

The Anoka-Ramsey Women's Basketball team had four players recognized by the MCAC coaches for their play during the 2025-26 season.
Mariam Alowonle - 1st Team All-South Division, 1st Team All-MCAC, All-Defensive. Alowonle led Anoka-Ramsey in scoring at 17.9 points per game (1st in the MCAC), rebounds with 9.8 per game (4th in the MCAC), blocks (1.4), and field goal percentage (.548 - 1st in the MCAC) in leading the Golden Rams to the NJCAA Region XIIIB Championship.
Anisa Longs - 1st Team All-South Division, 1st Team All-MCAC. Longs was second on the Golden Rams in scoring with 13.2 points per game, 1st in assists at 4.3 per game (2nd in the MCAC), and 1st in steals per game (2.5 - 8th in the MCAC).
Destiny Casey - 2nd Team All-South Division, 2nd Team All-MCAC, All-Defensive. Casey averaged 10.5 points per game to go along with 6.9 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 2.4 steals per game.
Jada Lussier - Honorable Mention All-South Division. Lussier averaged 9.3 points per game, but upped that average to 11.4 in league games while making 48 three-point field goals on the season (10th in the MCAC).

Anoka-Ramsey is 22-5 overall and will participate in the NJCAA Division III National Tournament March 11-14 in Brownwood, Texas.
