Softball sweeps Ridgewater

The Anoka-Ramsey Softball team picked up a two game sweep over Ridgewater on Tuesday afternoon in their final regular season home games, winning the first game 8-1 and the second 11-3 in six innings.
Anoka-Ramsey got a stellar pitching performance in game one from Cordelia Johnson who threw a complete game giving up just three hits and striking out 13.
Francie Gregor was 2 for 2 at the plate with two walks and three runs scored.
Kaely Saporito was 2 for 3, and Mackenzie Nyholm went 2 for 4.
In game two, Alexandra Rysdam threw all six innings striking out five and scattering seven hits.
Gregor was 2 for 3 with two walks and four runs scored.
Delainey Johnson went 4 for 5 at the plate with five RBI, and Madison
Abernathy went 2 for 4 with three runs scored.
The Golden Rams wrap up the regular season on the road vs. Minnesota West on Wednesday.
