Second half rally propels Men's Basketball to win

The Anoka-Ramsey Men's Basketball team trailed St. Cloud Tech 67-49 with 13 minutes left in the second half on Wednesday night before rallying for a 87-79 win.
The victory clinches the #3 seed from the South Division for the Golden Rams in next week's NJCAA Region XIII tournament.
A 16-0 run after the 18 point deficit cut the Cyclone lead to two points with 7 minutes to play.
St. Cloud Tech would go back up by five, 71-66 with just under five minutes to play, before a 9-0 run gave Anoka-Ramsey a 75-71 lead with three minutes to play.
The Golden Rams would hold on from there for the win.
Anoka-Ramsey shot 40.8 percent overall and 11 of 32 from the three-point line, while holding
St. Cloud Tech to just 26 percent shooting in the second half.
MJ Omot scored 19 points on 5 of 10 shooting including 3 of 6 from the three-point line.
Dwayne Bryant scored 15 points on 6 of 11 from the field.
Jamal Woods chipped in 12 points off the bench, with Chance Wicks also scoring 12.
Austin Kunz scored eight points, all in the second half including a 3 with just over a minute left to give the Golden Rams a six point lead.
Anoka-Ramsey improves to 19-7 overall, and will travel to Rochester for their final regular season game on Saturday.
